GENERAL

Reports to Warehouse In charge.
Accountable to the Company for any misses or lapses relative to this job description.
Reports to the Warehouse In charge any irregularities found in the performance of her job.
When required, prepares and submits Incident Report to her immediate superior within the time prescribed.
Performs other tasks assigned by top management and immediately reports the results of tasks.

SPECIFIC

As instructed by the Warehouseman (Checker), pulls out withdrawn items from the rack.
Packs identified items.
Loads items onto trucks and other vehicles using a forklift and any other means.

Responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment within a motorpool, ensuring they are safe and operational.

GENERAL

Directly reports to the Motorpool-In-Charge but also receives instructions from the Motorpool Supervisor;
Primary responsible for performing inspection, diagnosis, repair, replacement and performing preventive maintenance to all vehicles and preparing corresponding reports;
Accountable to the Company for any misses or lapses relative to this job description;
Reports to the Motorpool-In-Charge any irregularities found in the performance of her job;
When required, prepares and submits Incident Report to her immediate superior within the time prescribed; and
Performs other tasks assigned by top management.

SPECIFIC

Routine Vehicle Maintenance: Performs routine maintenance on vehicles, including tasks such as, but not limited to, replacing spark plugs, shock absorbers, adjusting clutches, checking and balancing wheels, checking for and ensuring proper tire alignment, and performing minor tune ups;
Vehicle Electrical System Work: Conducts routine electrical work on automotive equipment, including installation of batteries and terminals, repair and adjustment of lights, and servicing generators and starters;
Road Testing and Diagnostics: Performs road tests on vehicles to identify and troubleshoot defects before returning equipment to active use; and responds promptly to service calls as needed;
Engine and Transmission Overhaul: Assists in the general overhaul and repair of engines and transmissions for gasoline and diesel vehicles, as well as heavy equipment;
Emergency Roadside Assistance: Responds to emergency road calls and performs necessary repairs on vehicles to ensure safety and functionality; and
Emissions Testing: Ensures vehicles are properly prepared for emissions testing and transports them to testing facilities as required, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: At least a High School Diploma and/or a Post-Secondary/Technical-Vocational Education in Automotive Servicing/Technology with TESDA Certification (or equivalent);
License: Must have a valid commercial driver’s license;
Experience: With previous experience in vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostics;

SKILLS

Strong troubleshooting abilities to accurately diagnose and repair vehicle issues
Knowledge and understanding of relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and compliance requirements
Ability to interact effectively with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders;
Basic skills in record-keeping, inventory management, and budgeting;
Keeps oneself up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques; and
Possesses the physical stamina required for tasks such as lifting heavy parts, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.
